I sold a few calls this morning on some stocks I have been sitting on for a few days.  Mostly I was trying to decide what the stocks were going to do and what I wanted to do.

Sold 1 TIE May08 17.50 Call for a deposit of 66.25 in my taxable account.  TIE is at 16.72 as I write this, up .01.  I keep thinking it will move higher as I mentioned in a post a couple of days ago when I sold May08 15 Puts on it.  I own the stock at 31.60 so certainly don’t want it called away just yet.  I’ll just need to watch it and roll it out and maybe up if necessary.

Sold 2 IMB May08 5 Calls for a deposit of 10.50 in an IRA account.  That’s not much but better than a kick in the head.  Just like TIE I am underwater on IMB.  I own it for 35.44 after this transaction.

Sold 2 PM May08 55 Calls for a deposit of 10.50 in my taxable account.  Again, that’s not much but I can roll it out if necessary or just let it go.  My basis is 51.01 after this transaction.  There seems to be some consensus that PM might be worth somewhere below $55.  Time will tell as with all other things.

I had a number of Apr08 Options expire worthless allowing me to keep the entire Premium  They are listed below for the record.  Note that the total received may be larger than expected because the option may have been rolled out.
